Finishing Manager

Your new company
A well‑established main contractor delivering high‑quality residential developments is currently completing a new build apartment scheme in Manchester. Due to project demands at finishing stage, they are seeking additional freelance support.

Your new role
As a Freelance Finishing Manager, you will take responsibility for managing the final stages of the project, overseeing all finishing trades, driving snagging and de‑snagging, and supporting close‑out through to completion. You will work closely with site management and subcontractors to ensure the apartments and communal areas are delivered to a high standard within programme.

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on new build residential or apartment projects
Strong background in snagging, quality control, and project close‑out
Ability to manage multiple trades and work to tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and proactive approach
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred)
Immediate availability
SnagR Experience
