We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join a growing team based in Chingford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual looking to secure a long-term, office-based role within a supportive and dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You will play a key role in coordinating teams, managing client relationships, and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing multiple projects from planning through to completion

* Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams

* Coordinating workloads and ensuring deadlines are met

* Monitoring project performance, budgets, and timelines

* Maintaining accurate records and reporting on progress

* Ensuring compliance with health & safety and company standards

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Project Manager (ideally within construction, property services, or social housing)

* Strong organisational and leadership skills

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management systems

* Professional, proactive, and results-driven approach
