Senior Quantity Surveyor – Major Infrastructure (Sellafield)
Location: Sellafield, Cumbria
Salary: circa ~£65-75,000 + package
Job Type: Permanent

TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a major infrastructure upgrade programme at Sellafield, working with a leading Tier-1 contractor.

This is a key commercial role within the project team, responsible for managing costs and contractual matters across complex civils and infrastructure packages within a highly regulated nuclear environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage commercial aspects of projects from procurement through to final account
Administer NEC contracts, including compensation events and change management
Monitor project costs, forecasts and reporting
Manage subcontractor procurement, payments and accounts
Identify risks, opportunities and cost-saving initiatives
Support commercial strategy and stakeholder engagementRequirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor within civils or infrastructure
Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial management processes
Experience on major projects or regulated environments
