We are working with a well-respected and growing engineering services organisation to assist them in hiring a Contracts Manager for their expanding team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded professional to take ownership of key contracts, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget. You will play a crucial role in managing client relationships while driving operational excellence across multiple projects.

As the Contracts Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

* Overseeing the full lifecycle of contracts from award through to completion
* Managing client relationships and acting as the main point of contact
* Ensuring projects are delivered in line with contractual, commercial, and operational requirements
* Monitoring project performance, costs, and risks
* Coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery
* Supporting commercial negotiations, variations, and dispute resolution

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

* Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or similar role within engineering, construction, or a related sector
* Strong commercial and contractual awareness
* Excellent leadership and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
