Business Analyst / Application Support (COINS) – 12-Month Contract Location: West Midlands (Hybrid)
Contract Length: 12 months

We’re supporting a major construction business in the West Midlands who are looking for a Business Analyst / Application Support professional with strong, hands-on COINS experience for a 12-month contract.
You’ll be stepping into an existing role, providing practical COINS support and assisting with BA/application support activities across the business.

Key Responsibilities
Provide hands-on COINS system support to users.
Assist with BA/application support tasks as required.
Manage system queries, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Support ongoing activity and continuity within the team.Essential Experience
Strong, practical COINS experience (core requirement).
Background in Business Analysis and/or Application Support.
Ability to support users, understand processes, and resolve system issues.What’s on Offer
