 Key Responsibilities
 As a Designer, you'll be instrumental in leading the Design co ordination with architects and engineers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Produce detailed working drawings for roofing & cladding systems
Create fabrication drawings for manufacture and installation
Review architectural and structural drawings/specifications
Identify and raise design queries / clashes
Attend and contribute to design meetings (site & remote)
Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers
Support site teams with technical/design queries
Carry out site surveys and measurements
Prepare material schedules and support procurement
Ensure designs meet project specifications and regulations
Assist with design development and value engineering  Skills and Experience
Strong knowledge of roofing & cladding systems (rainscreen, standing seam, composite panels, single-ply, hot melt)
Experience with SFS (Structural Framing Systems)
Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit beneficial)
Ability to produce working and fabrication drawings
Solid understanding of building envelope design principles
Good knowledge of construction drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Problem-solving skills with ability to identify and resolve design issues
5 Years experience in a roofing and cladding design role   Remuneration and Benefits
