A growing building performance consultancy is looking to hire an Associate / Associate Director to take a lead role across energy, sustainability and building physics projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to stay hands-on technically, while stepping into a role with more ownership, client exposure and team leadership.

The Role
You'll be:

Leading technical delivery across multiple projects
Acting as a key point of contact for clients and design teams
Overseeing and reviewing energy modelling and building physics work
Producing and lodging Non-Domestic EPCs
Supporting and mentoring junior team members
What They're Looking For

Strong background in building physics / energy modelling
Level 5 NDEA (able to lodge EPCs)
Experience in a consultancy environment
Confident in a client-facing, leadership roleDesirable:

Daylighting / sunlight analysis
Passivhaus / PHPP experience
