Estimator

We’re looking for an experienced Estimator to join a growing team delivering high-quality, bespoke construction projects. This is a great opportunity to work on prestigious developments in a supportive, professional environment where your expertise is valued.
What You’ll Do
* Prepare accurate cost estimates, tenders, and Bills of Quantities
* Review drawings and specifications to assess project requirements
* Build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
* Identify value engineering opportunities
* Manage multiple tenders to tight deadlines
* Collaborate with project and commercial teams
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years’ experience as an Estimator
* Background in high-end residential or commercial construction
* Strong knowledge of UK construction practices and JCT contracts
* Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness
* Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
* Full UK driving licence
