A Chartered Building Surveyor West Sussex opportunity within an independent consultancy offering £45,000 – £55,000 plus bonus. This is a Permanent Full-time role delivering both project and professional services across a commercial portfolio, with progression aligned to succession planning.

🎯 Responsibilities

* Deliver commercial building surveys and defect diagnosis reports

* Act as Contract Administrator and Project Manager on schemes up to £5m

* Advise on dilapidations and manage client negotiations

* Undertake Party Wall and Principal Designer duties

* Support planned maintenance and lifecycle programmes

✅ Requirements

* RICS-accredited Building Surveying degree

* MRICS qualified or working towards

* Experience within private practice consultancy

* Strong commercial Building Surveying exposure

* Client-facing delivery experience

💰 Salary & Package

* £45,000 – £55,000 basic salary

* 10% bonus on over-target billing

* Discretionary bonus

* Pension and 24 days leave

* Full APC support and CPD
