Associate Director Building Surveyor role in London offering £70,000 – £80,000 plus profit share bonus. This is a Permanent Full-time position within a global consultancy, delivering project-led Building Surveying services across a managed commercial estate with direct client responsibility.

🎯 Responsibilities

* Lead project delivery across commercial estate assets

* Manage contract administration and project lifecycle

* Maintain direct client relationships with institutional owners

* Oversee technical surveying outputs and compliance matters

* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders

✅ Requirements

* Degree in Building Surveying or related field

* MRICS qualified

* Strong post-qualification experience in commercial property

* Proven background in project-led surveying roles

* Technical expertise in contract administration and dilapidations

💰 Salary & Package

* £70,000 – £80,000 salary

* Profit share bonus scheme circa 15% over target
