Are you an experienced Technical Coordinator looking to take the next step in your career with a reputable residential developer? We’re working with a well-established housebuilder delivering high-quality new build developments across Staffordshire, and they’re looking to strengthen their technical team.

The Role
As Technical Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in the design and delivery of residential schemes from pre-construction through to completion. Working closely with internal departments and external consultants, you’ll ensure all technical information is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate and manage external consultants including architects, engineers, and surveyors

* Review and manage technical drawings, specifications, and design information

* Ensure all designs meet current building regulations and NHBC standards

* Support planning applications and discharge of conditions

* Liaise with construction teams to resolve technical queries on-site

* Monitor project timelines and ensure technical deadlines are met

About You

* Proven experience in a Technical Coordinator or similar role within the new build housing sector

* Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and residential construction methods

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively

* Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
