About the role of Commercial Manager

As Commercial Manager, you will be overseeing multiple schemes in Cardiff and Bristol with project values between £30m – £100m. The company are a well-established UK construction and housing partner that predominately focus on residential developments and regeneration projects. They have a very strong financial and industry position with lots of financial backing, resources, and organisational strength. This is a full-time office-based role.

Key Responsibilities of Commercial Manager:

Include but not limited to;

Attend regular team meetings
Provide advice to the team on resolving contractual disputes and legal matters in a timely manner
Ensure high standards of cash flow forecasting
Review project cash flows with team and present to Commercial Director
Maintain positive and successful client relationships
Provide assistance and support on all commercial issueKey Requirements of Commercial Manager:

Live within commutable distance to Cardiff
Residential/contracting background
Experience with JCT contracts
