Asbestos Analyst – Home Counties
Location: Home Counties (South East England)
Salary: £34,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent | Full-time
A well-established UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Asbestos Analyst to support a busy and growing workload across the Home Counties. This is an excellent opportunity for an analyst seeking a mobile role with strong earning potential, a varied workload, and long-term stability.
This position focuses on analytical duties across a wide range of commercial, domestic, and public sector sites.

The Role
Undertaking asbestos air monitoring, including background, leak, reassurance, and personal monitoring
Carrying out 4-stage clearances and issuing Certificates of Reoccupation
Conducting visual inspections on asbestos removal works
Producing accurate, compliant reports in line with HSG248 guidance
Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality control
Working across multiple sites throughout the Home Counties
Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and site teams
About You
BOHS P403 & P404 (essential)
Full UK driving licence
Experience working as an Asbestos Analyst
Strong understanding of HSG248 and asbestos regulations
Professional, organised, and reliable
Strong communication skills
