Project Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing SME residential developer on a live scheme in London.

The current project is an RC frame apartment development, already well underway, offering the successful candidate the chance to take ownership mid-way through the build and drive it through to completion.

Following the successful delivery of this project, there is a clear pathway to move onto a larger mixed-use development, providing long-term continuity and career progression within the business.

This role would suit a proactive and driven individual with strong experience delivering residential schemes, particularly RC frame builds, and a track record of managing projects through the construction phase.

Key Responsibilities:

* Overseeing the delivery of an RC frame apartment scheme

* Managing programme, budget, and quality throughout the build

* Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and consultants

* Driving the project through to successful completion

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Project Manager within residential construction

* Strong knowledge of RC frame developments

* Ability to manage live construction projects effectively

* Excellent organisational and communication skills
