The Company
We are working with a well-established and growing construction contractor operating across the South East, delivering projects across building, civil engineering and infrastructure sectors.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an Estimator to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with estimating experience or a strong construction background who is looking to develop within a supportive and forward-thinking business.

The Role

* Preparing cost estimates and tender submissions across a range of construction projects

* Interpreting drawings, specifications and client requirements

* Producing take-offs and supporting pricing documentation

* Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations

* Attending site visits and pre/post tender meetings where required

* Supporting the commercial and project team throughout the tender process

About You

* Experience in estimating OR a background within construction (e.g. trades, site, or commercial roles)

* Able to read and interpret drawings and specifications

* Strong numerical and analytical skills

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Organised, detail-oriented and commercially aware

* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
