Site Manager – Up to £75K plus package

Tradeline are recruiting a PLC Developer / House Building Site Manager to join its 5-star housebuilder client with an excellent reputation for quality build and employer care.

As a competitive and award-winning housebuilder, they are seeking individuals who are looking to achieve high standards of professionalism and build, with a view of achieving a Pride in Job or SEAL of Excellence Awards.

Their growth and project pipeline of work has opened up new job opportunities within the Somerset area.

You will be running a 70 unit project consisting of niche family housing made up of 2, 3, 4 bedroom homes, and a 2-storey Apartment Bloc.

Certificates

* NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management or equivalent

* CSCS – Black Management/White Academic

* SMSTS

* First Aid at Work

* Understanding of the NHBC or /LABC standards
