Groundworks Site Manager – Immediate Start – Foulsham

We are currently seeking an experienced Groundworks Site Manager for an immediate start on a project based in Foulsham.

The Role:
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all groundworks operations on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site teams, and maintain compliance with all health & safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing day-to-day groundworks activities on site

*

Supervising subcontractors and site operatives

*

Ensuring works are completed in line with programme deadlines

*

Maintaining high standards of health & safety at all times

*

Conducting site inspections and progress reporting

*

Liaising with clients, engineers, and project stakeholders

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager within groundworks/civils

*

Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

*

CSCS Card (Black or Gold preferred)

*

First Aid at Work certification

*

Strong leadership and communication skills

*

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
