Overview

An established interior fit-out and bespoke joinery specialist is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver high-quality projects across the retail, commercial, and hospitality sectors.

This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives in a detail-driven environment, managing multiple projects from inception through to completion while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage interior fit-out and refurbishment projects from pre-construction through to final handover
Take full responsibility for project delivery, ensuring programmes are met and projects are completed on time
Coordinate internal teams including design, commercial, and manufacturing/joinery divisions
Oversee subcontractors and site teams to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on site
Monitor budgets, track costs, and support commercial performance alongside the Quantity Surveying team
Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations and company procedures
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
Lead project meetings, reporting, and progress updates
Identify risks early and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track

Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager within interiors, fit-out, or construction
Strong track record delivering projects within retail, commercial, or hospitality sectors
Ability to manage multiple fast-track projects simultaneously
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Strong communication skills with both clients and internal teams
Commercial awareness and experience working alongside cost control teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project planning tools
Ideally have managed high quality projects up to the value of £7m
Full UK driving licence
