A leading and fast-growing construction consultancy is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their London office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to work on a diverse portfolio of high-value projects across commercial, infrastructure and mixed-use sectors. The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will gain exposure to complex schemes while developing their technical and client-facing skills.

The appointed Project Quantity Surveyor will support the delivery of projects from inception through to completion, working closely with senior team members and stakeholders. The Role
* Supporting cost planning, feasibility studies and budgeting as a Project Quantity Surveyor
* Assisting with procurement, tendering and contractor engagement
* Supporting contract administration duties (primarily JCT)
* Monitoring project costs, variations and risk management
* Assisting with valuations and final accounts as a Project Quantity Surveyor
* Producing financial reports and liaising with clients and stakeholders
* Working collaboratively with senior surveyors to ensure successful delivery

The Project Quantity Surveyor?
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
* Experience working as a Project Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor within the UK
* Good understanding of JCT contracts and commercial processes
* Working towards MRICS (or keen to achieve chartership)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Motivated and career-driven as a Project Quantity Surveyor
