About the role
As the Associate Director you’ll work on Projects that include decarbonisation schemes, central plant replacements, and Cat A refurbishments, offering a diverse and technically engaging workload.
Alongside project delivery, your role is key in driving forward new business, using warm contacts and leveraging internal teams to unlock new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and mentor 1–2 junior surveyors, with future team growth responsibilities
* Lead on projects including decarbonisation initiatives, plant replacements, and Cat A refurbishments
* Build strong relationships internally and externally to generate and support cross-disciplinary business opportunities
About you, as the successful Associate Director Building Surveyor
* MRICS qualified with a strong background in project-led Building Surveying
* Proven experience delivering commercial projects within a consultancy environment
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
* Experience managing or mentoring junior surveyors (not essential)
* Ambitious, driven, and keen to take on a leadership role within a growing team
