This is an opportunity to join a well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy at an exciting stage of its London office growth, working closely with a senior leader to deliver a strong pipeline of commercial instructions.

About the role
As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you’ll support the delivery of a wide range of professional services, with a particular focus on dilapidations within the commercial sector. You’ll also gain exposure to project work including commercial new build and some private residential schemes.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in delivering dilapidations instructions, primarily acting for occupier clients
* Support a range of professional services including schedules of condition and general building surveying duties
* Gain exposure to project work including commercial new build and residential schemes
* Work closely with the Associate Director to develop your technical and professional skillset
* Actively work towards achieving MRICS status with structured, hands-on APC support
About you, as the successful Graduate Building Surveyor
* Degree educated (BSc or MSc) in Building Surveying
* Minimum of 1+ years’ experience within a consultancy environment
* Excellent communication skills with a proactive and eager-to-learn attitude
* Committed to completing your APC and building a long-term career in Building Surveying
