We are currently recruiting for an experienced Finishing Manager to join a prestigious, high-spec commercial office fit-out project in Central London. This is a flagship scheme with a strong focus on quality, detail, and client satisfaction, running for approximately 12 months.

Role Overview
As Finishing Manager, you will take ownership of the final stages of the project, ensuring all works are delivered to the highest standards. You’ll play a key role in maintaining quality, managing snagging processes, and acting as a primary point of contact for the client during the completion phase.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee and manage all finishing trades on site

* Lead the snagging and de-snagging process, ensuring timely resolution

* Maintain rigorous quality assurance standards across all areas

* Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with specifications

* Liaise directly with the client and project stakeholders, managing expectations and updates

* Coordinate with site and project management teams to ensure smooth handover

* Ensure all finishes meet high-end commercial fit-out standards

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on high-end office or commercial fit-outs

* Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality

* Excellent communication and client-facing skills

* Ability to manage multiple trades and tight deadlines

* Proactive approach to problem-solving and project delivery

Project Details

* Location: Central London

* Duration: 12 months

* Working Hours: 7:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
