Valuation Surveyor (MRICS) – Red Book / General Practice

Are you an MRICS GP Surveyor with a background in wide ranging general professional matters?

Would you like to work in a traditional practice undertaking a high-quality workload for a wide range of private and institutional clients for excellent reward?

We’re working exclusively with a very well regarded and long established traditional Private Practice on the South Coast (close to Brighton) who are looking to hire an additional GP (Valuation) Surveyor as follows:

* Traditional private practice set up with Agency, Surveying and Auctioneering arms (each feeding the other in addition to external client workloads)

* Working for institutional and private clients on a valuation biased workload (IHT, Probate, Matrimonial, Loan Security etc.)

* No volume residential panel valuation work, only red book /long form reports for private banks / specialist lenders

* Wider professional work available relating to Landlord & Tenant Matters for those keen/experienced

* Long standing friendly team, relaxed, professional environment, excellent long term career potential.

* You will hold MRICS and VRS qualifications with 5 years PQE

Salary for the successful Valuation Surveyor / GP Surveyor is completely negotiable but will sit within current market rates and come with additional benefits and incentives.
