Quantity Surveyor – Main Contractor | Construction

We're working with a well-established main contractor with a strong pipeline of work across Yorkshire, looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business known for delivering high-quality projects across a diverse portfolio including commercial, education, healthcare and residential schemes – with the backing of a strong order book and long-term growth plans.

The Role:

Full commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account
Procurement and management of subcontract packages
Cost reporting, valuations, and financial forecasting
Working closely with site and project teams to ensure successful delivery

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contracting environment
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects or packages simultaneously
Ideally degree qualified (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or similar
