💰 Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 (DOE) + Package

The Opportunity
We are working with a well-established and growing MEP contractor who deliver high-quality mechanical and electrical installations across a range of sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, and residential projects. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a skilled Revit MEP Coordinator to support their design and delivery teams.

This is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking business with a strong pipeline of work and a collaborative approach to BIM and digital construction.

Key Responsibilities

* Produce and coordinate detailed MEP models using Revit in line with project requirements

* Work closely with design, commercial, and site teams to ensure coordinated project delivery

* Clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar software

* Develop and manage BIM models through all project stages (design to handover)

* Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth coordination

* Maintain drawing standards and ensure compliance with BIM protocols

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator within an MEP contractor or consultancy

* Strong proficiency in Revit MEP (essential)

* Experience using Navisworks for clash detection

* Good understanding of mechanical and electrical building services

* Experience working on projects ranging from £1m – £10m+

* Strong communication and coordination skills
