Office based 9am – 5.30 (flexibility around commute)

Salary: £42,000–£48,000

We’re looking for a skilled Senior Architectural Technician to lead technical delivery from RIBA Stage 4 onwards. You’ll run multiple projects, liaise directly with clients and consultants, and ensure high‑quality, compliant architectural output.

Senior Architectural Technician Key Responsibilities

* Produce detailed technical drawing packages (Stage 4+)

* Manage project delivery, workflows and quality standards

* Undertake site visits, resolve construction issues, and support contractors

* Prepare building control applications

* Mentor junior staff and check their work

* Contribute to internal reviews, CPD and process improvements

What You’ll Need

* Strong technical knowledge and construction‑stage experience

* Excellent AutoCAD & Revit skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects independently

* Strong communication, organisation and problem‑solving skills

* Attention to detail and ability to work proactively

* Full driving licence
