Lead on a range of projects from inception through to completion
Prepare building regulations packages and submit planning applications
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to build and maintain strong client relationships
Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance is achievedSkills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

Degree within Architectural Technology
Significant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit
Experience managing complex projects across various sectors
Job running experience
Experience managing a small team in a previous role
Excellent technical and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
