MRICS Senior Project Manager

A growing project and cost management consultancy based in Central London are searching for a well-rounded MRICS Senior Project Manager to join their established team.

The MRICS Senior Project Manager will be joining an established project management team and will be supporting the delivery of projects in the residential, commercial, industrial, retail and healthcare sectors.

The MRICS Senior Project Manager will be joining a multidisciplinary consultancy that have 5+ offices across the UK and are delivering projects in residential, commercial, industrial, retail and healthcare sectors.

The MRICS Senior Project Manager will be joining a close-knit team of 150+ consultants, including the directors, senior associate directors, associate directors, project managers, commercial managers and building surveyors.

The MRICS Senior Project Manager will be working closely alongside another Senior Project Manager and 2x Associate Directors and will be responsible for supporting the assistant project managers throughout project lifecycles.

The MRICS Senior Project Manager role:

The MRICS Senior Project Manager will bring experience of delivering the full lifecycle of projects including new builds, refurbishments, redevelopments and CAT A/B fit outs from inception-completion in a variety of sectors such as residential, offices, industrial, retail and healthcare sectors.

The projects are predominantly based in London and surrounding area and have contract values ranging from £50m-£250m.

You will be responsible for:

Supporting the delivery of current/upcoming Projects across all phases of project lifecycle
Communicating effectively with internal/external parties ensuring that Projects are on track
Collaborate with the Assistant and Senior Project Managers to resolve any challenges faced in project lifecycles
Offer support towards Assistant and Project Managers
Report to the senior project manager and associate directors on weekly basis with project progress updates
Review cost regularly with cost consultants to ensure schemes are within budget
Arrange and attend client meetings
Ensure all works are compliant with safety and quality standardsMRICS Senior Project Manager requirements:

Previous experience working for a UK construction consultancy
Experienced delivering construction schemes in commercial office, retail, healthcare, industrial and residential sector
MRICS status or working towards it
BSc/MSc Construction Project Management
Comprehensive pre and post contract experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsWhat would be offered:

£75,000-£85,000 per annum salary package
