This established main contractor are now looking for a Site Manager with proven experience working on residential and commercial projects ranging from £5 million in value.

Managing day-to-day site operations
Overseeing subcontractors and site teams
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard
Maintaining health & safety and quality across site
Reporting into senior management Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager
Background in residential and/or commercial construction
Experience delivering projects up to £5 million
Strong career history showing consistency and high standards
Must be genuinely serious about relocating
Able to relocate by June What’s On Offer
£50,000 – £60,000 basic salary
Work visa (up to 8 years)
