Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Banksman / Compound Supervisor to oversee site compound operations and ensure the safe movement of vehicles and plant on-site. This is a key role supporting site safety, logistics, and organisation.

Requirements

* Valid Banksman / Traffic Marshal ticket

* Previous experience in a similar role (compound or site supervision preferred)

* Strong awareness of health & safety regulations

* Good communication and organisational skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Flexible to work both day and evening shifts
