Salary: £29-35,000

A leading, forward-thinking architectural practice is seeking an Architectural Technician to join their team in Southampton. The team have a strong track record of working on projects for large national house builders, and have a variety of exciting projects on the horizon. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and ambitious team delivering high-quality residential developments.

The role of Architectural Technician will be to:

Produce accurate and detailed technical drawings for large-scale residential projects.
Collaborate with designers, planners, engineers, and clients to ensure both creative and regulatory requirements are met.
Ensure full compliance with UK Building Regulations and NHBC Standards.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians.
Represent the practice in meetings with clients and project teams.The successful Architectural Technician will be:

Degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
Extensive experience working with major UK house builders.
Strong technical knowledge and meticulous attention to detail.
Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
Thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations.
Capable of managing multiple projects independently.
