Drylining Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Drylining Manager on behalf of a well-established contractor delivering a high-profile commercial scheme in Cambridge.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Manager with strong technical expertise and a proven track record delivering drylining, partitions, and ceiling packages to a high standard, including British Gypsum (BG) systems and SAS ceiling installations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee all on-site drylining activities from pre-start through to completion

* Manage installation of BG walls, partitions, and ceiling systems, alongside SAS ceiling packages

* Coordinate subcontractors, labour, and materials to ensure safe, efficient delivery

* Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, specifications, and quality standards

* Liaise with site teams, project managers, and other trades to maintain programme flow

* Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and enforce health & safety compliance

* Maintain accurate records including RAMS, progress reports, and site diaries

* Ensure all systems are installed in accordance with manufacturer guidelines

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Drylining Manager / Supervisor on commercial projects

* Strong hands-on experience with British Gypsum systems (essential)

* Experience with SAS ceilings installation

* SMSTS certification

* Gold or Black CSCS Card

* First Aid at Work

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive programme delivery
