Mechanical Project Manager

Solution Search are partnered with a Tier 1 M&E contractor delivering complex commercial projects across Central London.

They are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead the delivery of mechanical packages from pre-construction through to handover.

Role overview:

* Full responsibility for project delivery

* Managing programme, budget, and resources

* Leading project teams and subcontractors

* Client liaison and stakeholder management

Ideal candidate:

* Strong background in mechanical building services

* Experience delivering large-scale projects

* Proven leadership and commercial awareness

* Experience working with Tier 1 contractors preferred

Package:

* £85,000 – £105,000 + package
