With a client base across the Agricultural, Commercial, Education, Health, and Industrial sectors, this company offers exciting and varied career opportunities in a fast-moving industry.
They are now seeking an Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all project-related costs, including preparing reports
Assist the estimating team as required
Review contracts and prepare contract documentation
Demonstrate strong understanding of contract types and conditions
Place and manage subcontract orders
Prepare interim valuations and final accounts
Role Requirements
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project
Degree-qualified as a Quantity Surveyor
Minimum of 2 years? experience in a Quantity Surveyor position
Strong client-facing skills with a customer-focused approach
Commercially astute with strong decision-making ability
Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
Strong organisational and planning capabilities
