Senior CSA Engineer

My client is a well-established international construction business that delivers complex, high-value projects across sectors like data centres, life sciences, aviation, and advanced manufacturing.

They're looking to bring on a Senior Engineer to join their project team in London (Docklands area). This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced, technically challenging environments and wants to work on major projects with top-tier clients.

What you'll be doing:

Taking ownership of day-to-day site engineering activities (RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, etc.)
Coordinating with design teams, subcontractors, and consultants
Supporting project delivery to ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard
Managing quality control processes on site
Identifying gaps or issues and working proactively to resolve them
Building strong working relationships across the project team

What they're looking for:

Degree-qualified in Engineering or a related field
Solid understanding of construction methods and site processes
Experience with setting out, surveying, and temporary works coordination
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with project planning tools (e.g. MS Project or similar)
Someone who can take initiative but also knows when to escalate
