Contracts Manager – Civil Engineering

East Anglia/Suffolk region | £80k to £90k plus package

We’re working with a growing Tier 2 civil engineering contractor looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to lead delivery across multiple infrastructure projects and support ongoing client growth.

You’ll take ownership of 3 to 4 live schemes, driving performance across H & S, commercial delivery, and contractual control, while acting as a key interface with Tier 1 clients.

The role

* Lead contract management across NEC / JCT / FIDIC projects

* Drive commercial performance – budgets, forecasts, variations

* Manage risk, claims, and contractual position

* Oversee project teams (PMs, QSs, site teams)

* Build and maintain strong client relationships

* Support procurement and supply chain strategy

About you

* Senior-level experience within a Tier 2 contractor

* Strong track record delivering packages to Tier 1's

* Infrastructure background (earthworks, groundworks, drainage, highways)

* Commercially astute with strong contractual knowledge
