Salary: £55-65,000 DOE

A well-established, design-led consultancy is seeking an experienced Healthcare Lead to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to take a strategic and client-facing position within a collaborative and people-focused environment. The successful candidate will lead the delivery and development of healthcare projects across primary, secondary, and acute care sectors, working closely with clients and internal teams to drive quality and innovation. While a Midlands base is preferred, candidates across the UK will be considered- particularly those with a strong business development focus who can help expand workstreams in other regions.

Lead the design and delivery of healthcare projects across all RIBA stages
Act as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and consultant teams
Manage project teams to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to high design standards
Drive and support business development activities, including winning new work
Oversee BIM/Revit coordination and project outputs
Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to junior team members
Ensure all designs meet healthcare regulations and best practice standardsIdeal Candidate Profile
Qualified Architect, Architectural Technologist, or Technician (ARB/ CIAT)
Minimum of 5-10 years' experience working exclusively within the healthcare sector
Strong background across primary, secondary, and acute care projects
Proven experience in a client-facing and leadership role
Proficiency in Revit/BIM is highly desirable
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Commercial awareness, with an interest or experience in business development
Flexible in location, with willingness to travel or contribute to regional growth
