We are working with a well-established, highly respected regional contractor with a strong presence across Yorkshire. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their team, delivering a variety of high-quality projects across the region.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business known for its strong pipeline of work, collaborative culture, and high standards across build quality and safety.

The Role:
You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. Projects typically span across sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, and industrial.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing all on-site activities and managing subcontractors
Driving programme and ensuring key milestones are met
Maintaining high health & safety standards across site
Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams
Ensuring quality control and snag-free project deliveryWhat We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor
Strong track record delivering projects across multiple sectors
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified
Ability to manage programmes and coordinate trades effectivelyWhat's on Offer:
