Senior Project Manager
I’m currently working with a leading international construction and engineering contractor who is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to join their UK South business unit.
This role will see you leading on a £200m+ high-rise residential scheme in South London, making it an excellent opportunity for someone with strong experience delivering large-scale tower developments in London.
Due to a number of recent project wins across the residential, commercial, and healthcare sectors, the business is continuing to grow and invest in senior leadership talent.

* Residential – high-rise towers, mixed-use developments, and large-scale urban regeneration
* Commercial – high-spec office schemes and city centre developments

* Life Sciences & Data Centres – technically demanding, service-intensive environments

The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a major section of works on a flagship residential scheme, or lead projects typically ranging from £90m–£120m in value.
Reporting into the Project or Regional Director, you will oversee all aspects of project delivery in line with the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and wider business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all project activities
* Take full ownership of delivery, safety, environmental performance, quality, and financial outcomes (P&L)
* Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders at a senior level
* Oversee and coordinate the full project team and supply chain partners
* Ensure all works are delivered in line with company procedures and safety policies
* Drive programme performance and manage risk across all stages of the project
* Report progress and performance to senior leadership
About You
* Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within a main contractor environment
* Strong track record delivering high-rise residential projects in London
* Experience working on large-scale schemes (£100m+) is highly desirable
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage project financials
* Deep understanding of health & safety and regulatory requirements
