Responsibilities and duties of the Site Manager role

Reporting to the Project Manager you will:

Support the daily running of the site.
Manage subcontractors.
Ensure the Health and Safety standards are being met.
Report back progress and issues to internal and external stakeholders.
Daily and weekly meetings.

Professional qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following:

Must have experience working on Solar and BESS projects.
A minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Manager position.
SMSTS.
A strong understanding of the latest Health and Safety regulations and practises.

Personal skills

The Site Manager role would suit someone who is:

Able to communicate effectively and professionally.
Has strong IT skills.
Able to work effectively on a busy site with strict deadlines.

Salary and benefits of the Site Manager role

5 days a week on site.
Company Vehicle provided.
