As a Mechanical Project Manager, you’ll join a highly reputable and well-established M&E contractor delivering projects exclusively across East Anglia no London work. Known for strong staff retention and a supportive culture, this business offers a stable, long-term career with a consistent pipeline of secured commercial projects.
With continued growth and a strong order book, they are now looking to bring in an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to strengthen their team. You’ll be more than just a number here – this is a company that genuinely values its people.
Your role will include:
Managing mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion
Overseeing subcontractors and site teams to ensure works are delivered to programme
Managing budgets, cost control, and project variations
Coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams
Ensuring all health & safety standards are met on site
Attending site meetings and providing progress updates
Managing procurement and materials where required
Delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard Requirements:
Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the M&E / Building Services sector
Strong background delivering commercial projects (offices, fit-out, education, healthcare etc.)
Solid technical mechanical knowledge (HVAC, plant, pipework, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple projects or large-scale schemes
Strong communication and leadership skills
SMSTS or SSSTS (preferred)
Relevant mechanical qualifications (HNC / HND / NVQ or equivalent)
Full UK driving licence What you’ll get:
£65,000 – £80,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
