Location: Cheshire (Hybrid – 2–3 days WFH)
Salary: £60,000 + Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits – 28 days holiday + birthday off

An ambitious and fast-growing international construction consultancy is looking to appoint a talented Quantity Surveyor to join its Cheshire-based team.

The Opportunity

You will join a client-facing cost management team, delivering projects from inception through to completion across a diverse and technically challenging portfolio.

This role offers real career acceleration—many senior leaders within the business began their careers here as graduates and have progressed to Director level, making this an ideal environment for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking to fast-track their career.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver full pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services

*

Prepare cost plans, budgets, and feasibility studies

*

Manage procurement processes and tender evaluations

*

Monitor project costs, variations, and financial reporting

*

Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing strategic commercial advice

*

Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

*

Support the successful delivery of high-value, complex projects

Key Requirements:

*

5–7 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying

*

Proven consultancy (PQS) experience

*

Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build lasting relationships

*

Commercially astute with excellent attention to detail

*

Ambitious, driven, and career-focused

Desirable:

*

Experience in data centres, commercial, or logistics projects

*

Progressing towards or chartered (MRICS)
