Are you a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with two years’ post chartership experience, looking to work on high-quality projects across Central London within a well-established, multi-disciplinary property consultancy?
This is a nationally recognised consultancy with a strong Building Surveying presence, delivering a broad mix of project and professional services across office, mixed-use and industrial assets.

About the role
As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you’ll deliver to a wide range of instructions including contract administration, dilapidations, technical due diligence and licences for alteration, giving you a well-rounded and commercially focused workload.
You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams, contributing to the successful delivery of projects while maintaining high technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver core Building Surveying services including dilapidations, TDD and licences for alteration
* Act as Contract Administrator on refurbishment and fit-out projects
* Undertake inspections, prepare reports and provide technical advice to clients
* Manage client relationships and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
* Collaborate with wider internal teams across property management and other service lines
* Support junior team members where appropriate
About you, as the successful Building Surveyor
* MRICS Chartered status (essential)
* Strong Building Surveying background across commercial property
* Experience delivering both project and professional services
* Confident working across dilapidations, TDD and contract administration
* Strong communication and client-facing skills
* Organised, proactive and commercially aware
