As an Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects at once, ensuring that all are going to plan, to budget and on time.

* Prior experience as an Contracts Manager for a Main Contractor

* Expectation to travel nationwide for certain projects

* Excellent attention to detail

* Fantastic multi-tasking ability

Key Responsibilities:

* Working on-site and in an office.

* Liaising with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams and the client’s own representatives.

* Working with third parties to ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.

* Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site and project managers.

* Attending site meetings to monitor progress.

* Making sure construction projects meet agreed technical standards.
