Site Manager Needed |12-Month Contract (Temp to Perm Option) | Occupied Residential High-Rise Block | Start 20th May

I’m working with a leading Tier 1 social housing main contractor on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a £1m scheme on an occupied high-rise residential block.

This is initially a 12-month contract, with a genuine temp-to-perm option for the right individual.

The Project The scheme involves day to day Site Management tasks including installation of smoke detection and ventilation systems within a live occupied residential environment, so experience working in social housing, local authority, or occupied blocks is essential.

This is a highly client-facing role, requiring someone comfortable managing:

day-to-day site operations
resident liaison / live environment challenges
subcontractor coordination
H&S and programme management
reporting and site documentationThey are looking for
Proven Site Manager experience in occupied residential / social housing
Strong live environment / client-facing background
Good IT literacy (site reporting, emails, progress updates)
Comfortable running day-to-day site duties autonomously
Available for a 20th May startRequired tickets
