Location: Southwark, Central London
Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 per annum (Plus Bonus + Benefits)

Office: Southwark, Central London
Hours: Full time Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm (Hybrid + Flexi Working)
Duties:
* Lead the delivery of major bids, tenders and framework submissions
* Develop bid strategies aligned to client priorities and scoring criteria
* Coordinate input from technical, commercial and operational teams
* Identify and track upcoming framework and procurement opportunities
* Support early-stage positioning with business development colleagues
* Review bid performance and improve future submissions
Requirements:
* A minimum of 4+ years’ experience in a similar Bids environment
* Experience leading high-value bids and complex tenders
* Strong understanding of procurement-led sales environments
* Background in construction, infrastructure, engineering, property or similar sector
* Strong commercial awareness, including pricing and risk
* Able to coordinate multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines
* Confident communicator with strong planning and project leadership skills
