Site Manager

We are currently seeking an ambitious and driven Site Manager to join a team on a large-scale residential development in the Birmingham/Solihull area.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a key phase within a major scheme of approximately 1,600 units. Initially, you will be responsible for delivering around 300 apartment units, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day site operations for apartment block construction

* Manage subcontractors and site teams to ensure efficient delivery

* Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations

* Monitor progress against programme and report to senior management

* Maintain high standards of quality control and finishing

* Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential construction

* Strong background in apartment or multi-unit developments

* Excellent leadership and communication skills

* A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail

* Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid)
