Remuneration: £35,000 – £40,000

The role of the Recertification Manager – Safety Systems will involve:

* Recertification Manager position, leading and managing the Recertification department dealing with a manufactured range of height safety and fall arrest safety systems (such as access ladders, walkway systems, lifelines, safety gates, steel and aluminium railing systems)

* Oversee operational delivery, including scheduling, CRM activity, site visits, surveys, and resolving issues

* Manage the Recertification Team (a team of 10), conducting performance reviews and ensuring engineers remain fully compliant with current regulations

* Drive business growth, including new revenue streams, contract renewals, upselling services, and winning new clients

* Average order values range from £10,000 to £250,000

* This role will involve site visits, overnight stays may be required

The ideal applicant will be Recertification Manager – Safety Systems with:

* Must have construction experience dealing with a technical product; ideally height safety and fall arrest safety systems although would be open to entrance systems or roofing systems

* Must have people management experience

* Must have previous experience within repair, maintenance, re-testing, servicing or related

* Strong preference for experience of working at height

* Existing IOSH or NEBOSH certification or open to getting qualification.

* Capable of managing and expanding existing relationships and generating new business

* Organised, have good time management skills and to be self-motivated to perform and reach targets
