Hill McGlynn is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing building services contractor for an experienced Static AC Engineer to join their team on a static site in Victoria, London. Salary & Package
 
– £42,000 – £45,000 basic (dependent on experience and skill set)
– OTE £55,000 – £60,000 with overtime and bonuses
– Regular overtime opportunities to boost earnings
– Monthly travel card paid for by the business
– 29 days paid holiday
– Company pension scheme
– Full-time, permanent position
 
Role Overview
 
You will be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault-finding, and repair of air conditioning systems on a static commercial site in Victoria, London.

Key Requirements
 
– Minimum 5 years' experience within the M&E / air conditioning sector
– Strong experience with fault-finding and repair of:
– VRF systems
– Split systems
– Ability to work independently on:
– Refrigerant recovery
– Pressure testing
– Brazed repairs
– Compressor changes (VRF and split systems)
– Experience working with major manufacturers such as: Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Toshiba, Panasonic
– Ability to produce clear and detailed remedial and repair reports
– Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
– Previous experience working within commercial environments

Qualifications
 
– F-Gas Category 1 (essential)
