Job Title: Technical Facilities Manager

Salary: £50,000 per annum

Overview
We’re currently recruiting for a Technical Facilities Manager to oversee the delivery of hard FM services across a multi-site portfolio in Fife.

This is a key role responsible for managing engineering teams, subcontractors, and ensuring all maintenance and compliance activities are delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day delivery of M&E services across multiple sites

* Lead and support engineering teams and subcontractors

* Ensure all PPM and reactive works are completed in line with KPIs and SLAs

* Maintain compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements

* Oversee asset management, maintenance planning, and lifecycle activities

* Build strong relationships with clients and attend review meetings

* Manage budgets and support pricing of additional works

Requirements

* Experience in a Technical Facilities Manager or similar role

* Strong background in FM / Building Services

* Mechanical or electrical qualification

* IOSH or NEBOSH (preferred)

* Experience managing teams and subcontractors

* Strong communication and organisational skills
